In the past four decades, we have successfully expanded our business operations into Petroleum, Contracting, Real Estate & Construction, and Organic Farming verticals. With industry knowledge, technology, and a customer-centric approach, we have delivered 5 lakh sq. feet and 500 homes to satisfied families in Pune, PCMC, Nashik, and Jalgaon. Mr. Ganesh Ladhe

(Chairman)

Mr. Ganesh Ladhe is a BE (Civil) graduate from Pune University. He has a rich and diverse 40 years of experience in Real Estate, Contracting & Petroleum. He established GPL in 1981 and set into motion to build a legacy. Under his guidance, the group has chartered a course forward with vision, integrity, and passion. Over the years, he has steered the group into various business verticals, driven by his futuristic and progressive approach. He has ambitious expansion plans on the charts for the future too!

Mr. Rahul Ladhe

(Managing Director)

Mr. Rahul Ladhe holds a BE (E&TC) degree from Pune University and M. Sc. International Business degree from Leeds Business School, UK. He stands as a visionary leader with a state of the art knowledge and global experience. He has 15 years of experience in the Petroleum and Construction field. In 2009, he took over as the Managing Director of GPL Realty and hasn’t looked back since. His passion, forward-thinking, and ambitious strategies have helped to create and maintain a distinctive progressive identity.
