  • 1982

    SCEM Enterprises established. Irrigation contracting begins.

  • 1991 - 2008

    Mr. Ganesh Ladhe, one of the founding member of MSPL, Pune.

  • Implemented Real-time Inflow Forecasting & Dam Automation for GoM.

  • Implemented Canal Automation System at Rajghat Canal, Madhya Pradesh.

  • Successfully Implemented Canal Automation at IGNP Rajasthan.

  • 1996

    Vardhaman Petrol Depot, Warje - Pune, under dealership of Bharat Petroleum.

  • 2008

    Pune's 1st CNG station inaugurated during the Commonwealth Youth Games.

  • 2009

    GPL Realty established.

  • 1st project - Haritshilp at Rahatani - PCMC Launched & Delivered In 2012

  • 2012

    Audumber Wing A, Warje - Pune. Delivered in 2015.

  • 2013

    West Winds Wing B, C & D, Warje - Pune. Delivered 2017.

Established in 1996, Vardhaman Petrol Depot, Warje, Pune, is a prominent Bharat Petroleum dealership strategically located along the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway. Over the years, it has played an important role in supporting Pune’s growth by providing reliable fuel and quality services to its customers.

A defining milestone in our journey was the launch of Pune’s first CNG station in 2008 during the Commonwealth Youth Games, as part of the ‘Go Green’ initiative. Driven by integrity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence, we continue to set industry benchmarks while serving the evolving needs of our customers and contributing towards a more sustainable future.

Known for his visionary and progressive approach, Mr. Ladhe continues to drive ambitious expansion plans for the group's future endeavours.

Mr. Rahul G Ladhe - MD and CEO
Mr. Rahul Ladhe is a dynamic leader with extensive expertise spanning construction, petroleum, land development and agriculture. Since resuming the role of Managing Director and CEO at GPL Realty in 2009, he has steered the company towards a progressive corporate identity rooted in core values of integrity, passion, and growth.

Under his visionary leadership, GPL Realty embraces a forward-looking and innovative approach, guided by the ethos of "Prospering Together". This philosophy underscores the company's commitment to collaborative success and driving continuous excellence.
